A. We shop for the best prices on diapers, wipes and other products and then sell them to you and your family at the lowest price possible.

Q. What happens if I buy the wrong size diapers or I don’t like what I bought? Can I return them?

A. Yes, you can return unopened packages for a full refund for 30 days from the time you received them.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?

A. You can manage your account from our website. Just log in, click on “My Account” and check the status of your account. If your order has not shipped, then you can still cancel and receive a full refund. If, however, your order has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. But you can return them within the 30-day time limit and exchange them for another product.

Q. Do I have to be a member of Discount Diapers Direct to be able to purchase from your site?

A. No, but you do have to register in order to get a username and password. You’ll need those every time you access the site.
